仕事内容

[Daily Work Schedule]
Restaurant hall work: Work at the front desk or cleaning rooms (cleaning or checking).
[Early shift]
Restaurant hall work: Customer service, serving food, clearing tables, preparation, and tidying up.
Front desk: Check-in, check-out, answering the phone, and customer service.
Room cleaning: Cleaning guest rooms after use, making beds, and replacing amenities.

*If you like the work after trying it out as a temporary worker, you can pursue full-time employment.
*We offer training even for those with no experience, and we welcome those with no experience or from other industries.
*You can bring your own car.

勤務時間

You will work either the early or late shift. (Basically, you will be assigned either the early or late shift.)
Early Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (with breaks, approximately 8 hours of work)
Late Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (with breaks, approximately 8 hours of work)

休日

Shift system 1-2 days off per week

寮

Newly built private dormitories are available.
Rent and utilities are free.
Dormitory facilities: Mini-refrigerator, air conditioning, washing machine, unit bath, induction cooktop, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi.
Shared spaces include a drum-type washing machine (selectable and dryable), microwave, toaster, kitchen, and lounge.
The dormitories are located approximately a 10-minute walk from Nakakaruizawa Station.

食事

Meals (bento lunches) provided, one free meal per day on working days

交通費

Travel expenses will be provided only to those whose contract period has expired (up to 20,000 yen round trip)
